Guess what. Lots of things had happened here during our training. Conflicts and stuff. Don't wanna mention because they pissed me off. I wondered why do people always get mixed up with 'TRAINING' and 'WORKING'. They always take us as their 'WORKER' and not 'TRAINEE'. It's fine to ask us do some stuff because this is how we get to know how does things work BUT it's not their right to control us especially things that are out of their power.
These days they tend to say words that it's sore to our ears. Sometimes we couldn't resist our tears from dropping and all we could do was to tolerate, hold on and go through it. I know that "if we fall and couldn't get ourselves up, we are failure" but this is not the way to let us feel the pain. This is called doing it on purpose and taking things for granted because we are TRAINEES! FOC TRAINEES! Honestly, we thought to ourselves whether we really learnt something or we just helped them finished up their work.
We aren't their people so they look down on us. So we gotta show them that they are messing with the wrong group. Nah-ah. We'll do what is right and fight for what is wrong. It's not wrong for us to apply everything we've been taught right? We're all learning FYI and we're not here for them to release anger.They thought they could control us as if they were our superior. HELLO! Please, look in the mirror for one sec! We're just on the same line you asshole!
And to all those that have the same post as us, don't you dare think that you could get onto our head because you don't have the right!
