Dressing and Trussing Chicken Moment...

Today was our first Kitchen class with our new chef, Chef Kartina. She taught us how to dress and truss the chicken as we're going to prepare for 50 pax tomorrow.Haih~ Anyway, this is what I did with my chicken.

We had to tie the chicken up to.....i didn't know how to explain..HAHA~

After marinating the chicken or trussing it....

Last saturday, we(yew, yen wei, jay, jia ying and me) went to PD for a relaxing trip. Well, at first yew wanted to go fishing and because of that, we went bac to her house and get her fishing net. Yen wei wanted to go at the eleventh hour and we waited for her to come back from Mid Valley. We waited for her and in the end we only started our journey at about 3...

Anyway, we arrived there at about 5 pm and guess what - we didn't manage to go fishing but just watch the people and sat down at the side.
